FAQ – Access Packages
You can view limited profile previews for free. Full contact details are unlocked once you purchase an access package.
Each access package unlocks full contact details for maid and nanny profiles for a set period — 1, 2, or 6 months — along with the ability to message and arrange interviews directly with candidates.
Register for a free account, browse the profiles that interest you, then select and pay for an access package to unlock contact details.
If you need more time, you can renew or upgrade your access package at any point to continue browsing and contacting candidates.
FAQ – Login & Account
Click "Forgot Password" on the Sign In page to reset your password using your registered email.
This is usually caused by using a different email at login than the one used during registration, or a payment that hasn't fully processed. Contact support with your registration email for help.
It means an account was already created with that email. Use the "Forgot Password" option to recover access instead of creating a new account.
