By registering on this site to find a maid in Turkey, by creating a profile, or submitting your resume, or submitting any information through the use of this site, or by otherwise accessing this site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the policies and practices described for the collection, use or disclosure of personal information.

Use of the Information by Maid Finder
Profile Information

Profile Information is collected primarily for the purpose of identifying you as a user of this site.
User Information

User Information is used primarily to update you on the site and by email regarding new site developments and information about our services or those of our affiliates, to answer your questions and to provide you with services that you have requested.

User Information may also be used to determine appropriate new features, content or services for this site, and to provide advertisers and business partners with aggregate but not personally identifiable information about our customers and their preferences.

If you are a registered user and have provided us with Registration Information, we may use it to provide tailored job opportunities or other information to you.
Profiles and Resumes

Profiles are accessed and viewed by other members of the MaidsFinder service. If you post a Résumé, it may be accessed and viewed by Families. You will be provided with the choice of either allowing all parties to access your profile and contact you, or limiting access to those who see your profile.

MaidsFinder makes every effort to restrict access from using Profiles and Résumés other than for the purpose of fulfilling a job posting. However, MaidsFinder cannot guarantee that all employers, recruiters and other persons with access will adhere to the limitations we impose, or that unauthorized persons will not gain access to the database. If you would like your Profile removed, navigate to the "Account Information" section of the site while logged in.

The collection, use and disclosure of your Profile and Resume is also governed by the terms and conditions of use of this site, a copy of which can be obtained from the home page.
Communication with MaidsFinder

If you contact us, we may keep a record of the correspondence but we do not make any use of the email address or other contact information, other than to respond to the communication.
Improper Use of Personal Information

Marketplace Model: MaidsFinder serves as a digital intermediary platform connecting clients seeking domestic help with independent service providers and maids in Turkey.

Independent Contractors: Service providers operating through MaidsFinder act as independent professionals, not as direct employees or agents of MaidsFinder.

Pricing, Bookings, and Payments

Transparent Pricing: All fees, commissions, and service costs listed on MaidsFinder are clearly stated in Turkish Lira (TRY) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Secure Transactions: Payments are processed securely via authorized financial infrastructure compliant with Turkish banking regulations.

Consumer Rights and Withdrawal (Law No. 6502)

Consumer Protection: In accordance with the Turkish Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, consumers retain respective rights regarding digital services and distance contracts.

Cancellation Policies: Specific refund and cancellation guidelines apply to scheduled cleanings and bookings made via the platform.

Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Ownership: All designs, text, graphics, logos, and source code on MaidsFinder are protected under Turkish Intellectual and Artistic Works Law.

Restricted Use: Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of MaidsFinder content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability: MaidsFinder is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime.

Service Disclaimers: MaidsFinder is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from third-party service agreements between clients and maids.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Applicable Jurisdiction: These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Competent Authorities: For any legal disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Right to Modify: MaidsFinder reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time in compliance with Turkish commercial legislation.

User Notification: Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
