Zailrel was employed by a royal Emirati family in Abu Dhabi for 1 year, where she served as a personal assistant to the family's 55-year-old daughter. She performed combined household maintenance and personal assistance responsibilities by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and hygienic conditions throughout the residence while supporting daily administrative and coordination tasks to ensure a well-managed environment. She resigned from the position due to the lack of regular days off.

Zailrel first worked for a local family in Oman. The family had three children aged 4, 6, and 9 years old.
